Another flawless collection by Karl Lagerfeld who created a collection centered around the celebration of nature, and the creation of a perfect eco-system. Beige seemed to be the main colour palette, which was perfectly complemented by exquisitely detailed accessories. I for one, am dying to get my hands on the smartphone pouch and the crystal brooches.

Key take-home message: Celebrate mother nature, and don’t be afraid to mix and match different textures, hues of  beige and skirt lengths.

Giorgio Armani Privé

 The first thing that resonated on my mind when I saw this collection was undulating waves of silk, lilac silk. Everything from the hair, the the shorts and trousers had an airy and wavy feel to it…which I absolutely loved. An elegant and ultra feminine collection.

Key take-home message: Lilac is your friend this coming season, embrace it in different textures and patterns.
