StayCation

Dear readers,

The most attentive observers will have noticed that I haven’t posted anything in slightly over a month. This proceeding wasn’t due to lack of time, or a laptop…but rather a combination of both. Have you guessed it yet? I went on a Holiday Adventure!

In 3 (A-MAZING) weeks I got the opportunity to visit Roma (and pretend I was Audrey Hepburn in the Roman Holiday film🙈😁) and explore a great part of Egypt (definitely going back to complete this journey!) 

As you might expect, at this point I am utterly overcome with an array of feelings which extend all over the spectrum of emotions. One side of my heart is flabbergasted with jubilance, amazement, and ecstasy. The other side however, is experiencing those ghastly holiday blues, mixed with sleep deprivation.

This reminiscent and fatigued state of mind got me thinking about what I would need to return to my normal routine (and really accept the fact that I am no longer roaming the streets of Cairo, attempting my bestest Arabic skills). 

After a conversation with the girls at Madison Reed, who really are pro’s at delivering pampering and glamour at the convenience of one’s home, I realized that what I need is a perfect spa day….at home. Think about it, is there anything better than being pampered from the comfort of your own home? Not having to step out into the cold windy outside for a deluxe pampering session #LifeGoals. I call it a STAYCATION.

This post, therefore, is ALL about what it would take to make the P.E.R.F.E.C.T. STAYCATION an unforgettable and revitalising experience.
