My ultimate goal during a spa session is to relax my mind, body, and soul, and attain an extreme concentration level in order to accomplish a successful mind meditation and really unify my whole body; and I can’t think of a better way to do this than complete a home spa day with all the elements mentioned above (followed by a shopping spree of course!👯👯).
After your session, if you’re feeling extra motivated, why not attend a yoga class, or even pilates to close off your mediating and purifying circuit?
