Today at the RL catwalk there was a French Riviera meets Paris vibe, with fantastic maxi-dresses with bold prints and wide palazzo pants. There was also the inclusion of preppy shirts the designer is so well-known for.
Key take-home message: Look chic, whether it is you’re wearing shorts, and maxi-dress or a ballgown.
Marc Jacobs
Marc Jacobs is known for putting a show…and that’s exactly what he did. This season, his show was set as a movie premiere, including a red carpet, popcorn and shimmering chandeliers. Of course you were there to see one more of his lavish collections with bold graphics and exquisite detail.
Key take-home message: Don’t be afraid to make bold fashion choices! Experiment with colour, details, and accessories.
Calvin Klein Collection
A loose, care-free silhouette was seen at CK collection. The main attraction however, was those black sequins coats, which added a touch of cool and edgy to the collection
Key take-home message: Embrace a detailed minimalist look.
Phew… and that it! That’s the end of NYFW for 2015! This week we witnessed some amazing collections by some spectacularly creative designers!
